Explosion-proof solenoid valve

Overview:

Explosion-proof solenoid valves are automatic actuating components used to control the flow of fluids (such as gases and liquids) in environments with explosion hazards. The working principle of explosion-proof solenoid valves is basically the same as that of ordinary solenoid valves, mainly composed of electromagnetic coils, valve cores, valve bodies and other parts. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, a magnetic field is generated. The magnetic force causes the valve core to overcome resistance such as the spring force and move, thereby opening or closing the valve channel and achieving the on-off control of the fluid. When power is cut off, the valve core returns to its initial position under the action of spring force and other factors, cutting off the fluid passage. The difference is that explosion-proof solenoid valves have adopted special explosion-proof measures in design and manufacture to prevent the explosion of surrounding explosive mixtures caused by electric sparks, high temperatures, etc. generated when powered on, powered off or in case of faults.
