Manual clamp diaphragm valve

Manual clamp diaphragm valve

Overview:

The sanitary manual diaphragm valve is a type of valve suitable for working conditions with high sanitary requirements. The valve body adopts a self-discharge angular structure, with no dead flow corners or pits. The flow channel is unobstructed, easy to clean, and free of liquid or scale accumulation. Single-seat sealing structure is relatively common and can be tightly closed to prevent medium leakage. The diaphragm material can be made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)/EPDM rubber, etc. The sealing parts mostly use materials that meet relevant standards to ensure clean working conditions. Material 316L stainless steel performs better in terms of corrosion resistance, especially against chloride ion corrosion, and is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals and food that have high requirements for material purity and corrosion resistance.
