Working principle

The working principle of the two-piece threaded ball valve is based on the rotation of the ball. When operating the handle or drive device of the valve, the valve stem drives the ball to rotate inside the valve body. When the through hole of the sphere is aligned with the axis of the pipe, the valve is in the open state and the fluid can pass freely. When the ball rotates 90° to make the through hole perpendicular to the pipe axis, the valve is in the closed state, preventing the fluid flow. Precise control of the flow rate can be achieved by controlling the rotation Angle of the sphere.
