Working principle:

Pneumatic flange globe valve is through the compressed air as the power source, the use of pneumatic actuator to drive the stem, valve core and valve disc for lifting movement, so as to realize the opening and closing of the valve. The specific process is as follows: Compressed air is used as the power source. Through remote control, the intake and exhaust solenoid valves are actuated to supply and discharge compressed air into the actuator. Compressed air acts on the piston or diaphragm, overcoming the frictional force of the valve operation and the spring force on the valve stem, thereby pressing down or lifting the valve stem, driving the valve core to move up and down, and opening or closing the valve. When the valve loses air, there is no compressed air in the drive head, and the valve will be in a fully open or fully closed safe position as required by the system.
