Lift flange check valve

Overview:

The flanged lift check valve opens the disc under the pressure of the fluid flowing in one direction. When the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure and the self-coincidence of the valve disc act on the valve seat, thereby cutting off the flow. The structural principle of the flanged lift check valve: During the operation of this valve, the medium flows in the direction indicated by the arrow in the diagram. When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve disc is subjected to the force of the medium. When the opened medium flows backward, due to the self-weight of the valve disc and the reverse force of the medium acting on it, the sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat are tightly sealed and closed, achieving the purpose of preventing the medium from flowing backward.
